George W. Bush temporarily acting President of the Untied States

Earlier today, Vice President Cheney was put under anesthesia while a battery in his heart monitor was replaced. Because Mr. Cheney was under anesthesia during the procedure, he appointed President George W. Bush to act as temporary leader of the Free World.
